OS.ST Accounting

OS.ST Accounting is an accounts and ERP platform built for Hong Kong businesses, fully aligned with HKFRS / SME-FRS: HKD bookkeeping to two decimal places, an April-to-March fiscal year, automatic two-tier profits tax (8.25% up to HKD 2,000,000, 16.5% beyond) and 7-year record retention under section 51C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. HR and MPF parameters are configured in the control panel, never hard-coded.

Full feature scope:

• Documents — Invoice, Quotation, Proforma, Cash Memo, Debit / Credit Note, Delivery Note, Deposit Invoice, Purchase Order and Exchange Order; sequential numbering that is never reused; multi-currency (HKD/USD/CNY) with recorded FX rates; compliant A4 PDF output with company logo, chop, signature and Cap.603 text.
• Inventory — product master with barcodes and a unified barcode/text lookup (unknown items auto-register); real-time stock levels, an append-only in/out ledger and safety-stock alerts.
• Purchase — purchase orders and goods receipts feeding stock and cost directly.
• Customers & payment terms — customer master with instant search; configurable terms drive document due dates.
• Accounting — double-entry journals (append-only; corrections by reversing entries), director expense claims, a fixed-asset register, petty cash with imprest replenishment, monthly payroll posting with automatic MPF / EC / medical-insurance journals, prepaid-insurance amortization, and profits-tax and job-costing estimates.
• Rental — property register and tenancy notices (rent + water/electric meter charges + deposits; company and private records kept separate, five regions, per-tenant document language) with rental PDFs.
• Subscription — automatic daily renewal of virtual-hosting invoices, with a database-level guard against double renewal.
• Platform — multi-company tenancy with role-based access (ROOT / ADMIN / accounting staff / storekeeper); a complete audit trail; per-company navigation control; local AI OCR that drafts documents from photos; a five-language interface; licensing with one-click Live Update.
